1. Shipping & Delivery Options

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only):

  • Standard Shipping (2–10 Business Days): FREE
    (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico in some cases)

  • Express Shipping (1–3 Business Days): $79

Note: Due to the size and nature of Robo Barista machines, shipping costs, and delivery times may vary.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email


3. Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after submission and cannot be canceled.

4. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

5. Delayed Orders

  • If there is a processing delay, you may request a cancellation for a full refund

  • Carrier-related delays are outside our control

For shipping delays, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Certain items may be restricted from air shipment under U.S. regulations

  • Alternative shipping methods may be required in such cases
